I have a Wii U and a ps3. What's going to make my decision is the resolution. Anyone heard what resolution wiiU will be in? If its in 1080p then I am all over wiiu. Doubt it will be, though.

All the fluff is pretty irrelevant to me. What I care about is how fast my game loads, how well it plays and fast response times. Don't care for swimming dolphins in the background but I do care about clicking 9 things to load my last save.

I have to agree with Dante. Skyrim was my least favorite Elder Scrolls. Oblivion and in particular Shivering Isles is my favorite. Skyrim had a cool world but when I drop to 10 fps in battle and fight the same dragon over and over and over it became a chore to finish.
Exactly. People need to remember that forecast analysts don't think 6 months out but 6 years. Sony learned a lot this gen. In addition to meeting the wants of consumers and devs they learned what sells and what won't. I see huge launch numbers but then rather than a steep level off they will be bringing us more features and surprises to maintain momentum. That with good marketing and most importantly, GAMES, they are set for a good run.

MS doesn't receive a cut of all programs but if you purchased a PC that runs on windows then the got a check. If you go to best buy and buy a PC and it has windows your msrp includes a fee payable to ms. So yes they make no money per application because they got paid up front.

Wii u is a great system. Yes, there are not a lot of games out right now but a ton are coming this holiday. SMBU is fricking sweet and zombie is pretty good, too. Legocity Undercover is really fun as well. I just watched the Mario Kart video and holy hell that games is going to be a blast.
